The challenge
The accounting office with a modern approach does particularly fast-paced work with big-name clients, so it had to be possible for them to be able to work anywhere, anytime and store their data securely.
Used Microsoft solutions
The task of our company was to ensure that female colleagues who were forced to work from home due to the COVID virus could perform their tasks smoothly and in the same way from the countryside.
The development of the Microsoft Azure service seemed clear for the build-out, as previously there were so many power outages or problems with the physical server that prevented them from working for days. This particularly jeopardized work and reputation during tax returns. Colleagues manage their files and meetings with Microsoft 365.
Final result
Fast construction and adaptation. Lower costs and constant availability.
With the help of Microsoft Teams, colleagues are in sync just as if they were working in the same place. In fact, they are thinking of canceling the office.
