We are particularly proud of this Partner and their Transformation! The Management fully realized that it had to move towards Digitization. They had legacy equipment, NAS, solutions and mail. Colleagues were bored because of the slow operation. And the factory was too far physically for them to be in sync for a minute.
The Company is primarily engaged in the design and manufacture of magnificent chandeliers and light fixtures.
Our task was to assess and plan the transformation, and then, when the Management was ready, to implement the transformation. The process was absolutely painless. And everyone was satisfied with the end result. From then on, the distance didn’t matter anymore. The Management immediately saw the production and 3D plans, was able to make decisions faster, and the Plant was able to produce sooner. Emails have been secured. Colleagues can work even more efficiently, you don’t have to send the Excel sheet requesting data to 30 partners every day, you don’t have to worry about the NAS possibly breaking down one day, and the benefits could go on and on.

Our partner had to be migrated from a previously used Microsoft tenant to a new tenant. It was particularly challenging that the Client used a lot of Microsoft platform tools, so their migration was particularly tricky.
The migration was scheduled in advance and carried out in several stages. On the first working day after the day of the transition, we were personally present to help make the transition as smooth as possible. Unforeseen problems that are inevitable with a migration of this size were treated and resolved with high priority.
Since the migration took place between two Microsoft tenants, the customer continues to use the original, familiar solutions.
Their correspondence takes place in the Exchange Online system, their file sharing takes place in SharePoint Online, and their collaboration takes place in Teams.
Due to moving to a new, clean system, greater transparency, and changing the company name, the tenant name corresponds to the new company name.

The task of our company was to eliminate the previous, outdated IT technologies, such as a very old Linux server, often intermittent VPN and file access, often lost POP3 mail errors, and to introduce and implement group work painlessly.
We implemented these purely with the technologies and solutions of Microsoft 365 AND with the help of the “Adopt And Change” method for 100 colleagues.
We prepared internal employees and external consultants working in different locations with training, and then “connected” them with the help of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Teams as if they were working in one place, avoiding the difficulties of VPN and file access, yet keeping the data safe.
