A medium-sized commercial company faced the problem that its IT infrastructure was outdated and could not adequately support the company’s growth and operations. The company’s IT systems were frequently down, backup and recovery processes were slow, and data security was inadequate.
The company’s existing infrastructure ran on a single, outdated ESXi server that did not provide adequate redundancy and high availability. Frequent server outages caused significant production outages, and the company’s IT team had difficulty storing data securely and quickly restoring the system. After the survey, we decided to transform the existing system into a redundant Hyper-V cluster. The new infrastructure was built on two physical servers that provided high availability for the virtual machines and allowed for quick failover from one server to the other in the event of a failure.
